Aluminum anodes are one type of sacrificial anodes in cathodic protection systems that are used generally in offshore industries for metals corrosion protection.

These anodes are in 4 types as follow.

AP& NP types are used more than other types in marine industries at present due to existence of mercury as a poisonous material for sea ecosystem in LP & GP types.

For offshore pipeline bracelet anode is used that is installed pipe round.

Dimension specification of these anodes is variable due to pipe size and purchaser order.
